The attorneys of Duepner Law have experience and practice in many areas of family law.  including but not limited to Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Adoptions, Guardianships, Paternity, Grandparent Rights, Prenuptial Agreements, and Postnuptial Agreements.

Divorce, or Dissolution of Marriage as it is known in the Indiana judicial system, is often what starts many people in the Family law process.  Divorce can involve child custody, child support, asset splits, debt splits, etc.   Adoptions as you will see include step-parent adoptions, adoptions of others, and even adult adoptions.  Guardianships are important in many cases involving minors, and individuals who might be disabled.  Paternity cases are another type of case that will involve not only the establishment of paternity, but also child custody issues, and child support issues.  Grandparent rights are rights that are established by statute in Indiana for grandparents.  Indiana law also allows for Prenuptial and Postnuptial agreements, and we can assist you in the drafting of these agreements.  Please read each individual category to learn more about each individual family law area.
